Smart Brickell sets a new standard for residential developments in Miami. Habitat Group wanted to develop a unique project and cater it to young professionals and future generations.
With too many options in Brickell, all offering technology but none were truly smart. We needed to find a way to stand apart, so we focused our efforts even before any communication to work on the product itself, to find and develop it as a real SMART option, and we did it. The first of 3 buildings was sold in less than a year in a moment when the market was flat.
