From a real estate project to a new brand vision. In the low and middle class, every new real estate development looks like a carbon copy of the previous block. The space where families will live is treated like an attractive number. With cassa our goal was to bring excitement, to make a difference in a segment where the standard is the less expensive. To make that change we needed to inspire the board, the architect, the engineers and every person involved.

We came up with a simple and powerful vision: modernLiving4all. You don’t need to be a millionaire to live in a place that brings excitement to you, and your family. A place with an additional value, a place where you find proud and happy owners.
